You are enough.

Sometimes we lose ourselves when things don’t go as planned. Sometimes we lose focus of what really matters due to the judgement of other or because of our past. Sometimes we hold on to our past because we are scared of change. Sometimes we create very big pictures of our future and then get upset that it didn’t go as planned. This is your reminder that you are enough. Through your flaws and all, you are enough. Never spend your time on earth, being a watered down version of yourself just so people can like you. Sometimes it’s going to feel like you have a long way to go, but just remember you’ll get to through it. Don’t ever sit around and think that you are not enough for someone, you are enough. Sometimes it’s going to feel like you have lost your way or that you have seen almost every shade of gray, just know that everything is going to be okay.

Truth is, getting better might make you feel worse, at first. Sometimes we reconnect with feelings that have been covered up for a long time, and that can feel scary, but this progress. This is showing us that we can’t always run away from our problems. Sometimes we have to face things straight on, just so we can find peace for ourself.

You are enough.

You have so much to offer and so much love to give and anyone who doesn’t see that, is not worth your time. Just because things didn’t work out with them doesn’t mean you have to change who you are just so you can fit into their basic standards. This is your reminder, if someone’s absence brings you peace, you didn’t lose anything.

You are a diamond in the rough, and everyone will be lucky to have you in their life.

Truth is, your going to feel lost at times and it’s going to feel lonely, but you will get through it. We often compare ourself too often and it has been affecting many of our expectations of who we need to be in a society. Just be yourself, and never cut yourself short just because it’s available.

You are enough.

Often times when spoken words become silent, we begin to reflect on our worth. But truth is, the way other people operate is no reflection on you. Sometimes people are too caught up with their own life and asking you how they’ve been never crosses their mind. This is not a reflection of who you are. This doesn’t make you unloveable or invisible. This just shows that those people are not very good at looking beyond their own world. Your work isn’t to change who you are. Your work is to find people who are able to give you the connection you need. Despite of how you might be feel during this time, You are not too much, You are not too sensitive, you are not too needy. You are thoughtful, compassionate and kind and with or without anyones judgement or affection you will always be enough.

You are enough.
